How to find LR 6 last version update

I had a problem with my LR 6.xx (can't remember version) I then uninstalled then reinstall... Boom, it's back to v. 6.0, where is the update? I have Creative Clould installed, but it seem to tell me I have the lateast version.

Creative Cloud will not allow a 6.14 download. Neither does Adobe publish any download links.

1) If you purchased Lr6 from Adobe you may get a download link by asking-

Select the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session.
Type in AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI System, and ask for a direct download link. You will need to provide 'proof of purchase' and a serial number.

I am not sure if I downloaded in the past the update, I can't find it.
