How to Install Lightroom 6 on New Laptop

I downloaded my licensed copy of LR6 and it's telling me I need to deactivate it on another pc to use it on my new PC.  How do I do this?

I am also facing the same problem I have Lightroom 6 installed but can not activate machine is giving message  that deactivate app on earlier machine but that machine is formatted and given back to company. How can I activate the same on my new machine?
