How to "delete all synced data" under 13.3.1?

Sync has stopped working yet again on 13.3 and upgrading to 13.3.1 doesnt' fix it. Strangely, edits of existing photos in the sync'd folders seem to be migrating to sync over, but adding new photos to folders with sync turned on doesn't result in the photos appearing there. I have tried the below with no changes.:

1. Rebuild sync data (before I saw the message not to do so from Adobe... this used to be my first troubleshooting step so instinctively went for it).

2. Made a microadjustment of +1 contrast on one photo and then did "sync settings" and copied that single adjustment to ALL photos. This virtually ALWAYS worked to "kick in" the syncing feature in the past.

3. Deleted all photos from sync'd folders then added them back. The "new" photos (added since whenever this problem started) did not show up after all was sync'd again.

I thought of just deleting all sync data as they say you can do in the Adobe Prefs pane, but says to do online. There used to be an option under your profile pic online to delete your sync data. That is now gone.

So.... how does one delete all sync data under 13.3.1 to see if that works in the troubleshooting process?

Don't! The new sync engine is not compatible with that. I don't think that Adobe says that the 13.3.1 release should fix the sync problems yet.

Johan, thanks. I followed all the suggestions. I have no sync issues identified at all.

Of note, I deleted all the photos from my sync'd albums and then added them back to each sync'd album in LrC, which then said it was syncing in the top right and then finished. However, absolutely NOTHING has been sync'd back to the cloud infrastructure.

I generated a diagnostic report per the suggestion on the link you shared. The report was created... then LrC crashed.

I'm enjoying a number of the new features, but find it frustrating that Adobe continually breaks multiple things each time it "upgrades".

Sigh.

Deleting the cloud content and then continuing to sync the same Classic catalog is showing some unexpected results at the moment. I think the engineers are going to need to see that diagnostic log.

Well, I seem to have solved this issue for my circumstance... at least until Adobe inevitably breaks it again 😞

I deleted all the sync'd Collections in LrC, then added them all back. I use Smart Collections to filter pics by keyword that I then just select and drag over to the regular Collections that are able to sync. Why we cannot sync a Smart Collection is beyond me, but a complaint for a separate day.

Anyway, after I added back the Collections and dragged/dropped all the pics I wanted to each one, they all just populated the cloud based system again, appearing in Lr, in my account online, and Lr Mobile.

I have subsequently added, deleted, and edited various photos and all the changes populate across all devices and do so rather quickly.

I will mention that I also "reset sync settings" in LrC Preferences, which used to be my first troubleshooting step, before I saw the message not to do so unless instructed by an Adobe employee. A little weird, but ok. So, that happened as well and, of course, I will never know if that was an essential ingredient in yielding the final result of all syncing again.

Fingers crossed this resolves the issue longer term and hope others find this helps them as well.
