How to set Adobe Neutral instead of Color as the adobe default profile for importing?

Having taken a bit of time to search and read the help pages,

I'm having trouble with my learning of lightroom classic, current version - when setting import preferences, I can set the profile as 'Adobe default' - but I can't see where I can specify that for the default Adobe profile I want Neutral , not Color, which for me is a better starting point. These profiles are not in the presets section.

Thanks anyone!

Create a preset that sets Adobe Neutral. Then go to Preferences - Presets and define that preset as your camera default. You can add other things too in that preset, such as lens corrections.
