Hi guys,
so, here is the thing. I am having issues with LR Classic CC constantly downloading whatever I put to Lightroom CC. It would be ok, if only I would not be having a macbook with 256GB, which is not much, so I really can't afford this "mirroring" of Lightroom CC.
My workflow is following - Copy RAW files from SD card to SSD, import them into Lightroom CC and then perform adjustments on macbook/ipad... the problem is that my Lightroom Classic CC keeps downloading everything and flooding my poor storage on macbook even if I am not using it. Whenever I try to remove the synced files downloaded to local storage they disappear from Lightroom CC as well.... it's no point for me to keep originals both on SSD and also have them downloaded on macbook's HDD, not mentioning that I have literally no storage for that
Is there a way to simply turn off the automatic downloads ("mirroring") of whatever is on CC to my desktop via Lightroom Classic? I just need to have these files on cloud, don't need them locally in macbook.
Thanks

Turn off, actually pause, the sync feature found in the Identity Plate area.
But if you plan on turning it back on to sync up images from classic then at that time it will download, Sync Down, all the other images you have put on the cloud with LR CC.

thanks! seems to be working - I have never realised there is this function just in the Identity plate area
