Have you tried selecting the option to "Include Subfolders" at the top of the left-hand panel in your screenshot?

That screenshot indicates that there are no subfolders on your desktop. Where are you trying to import from?

Those are shortcuts to folders on one or more hard drives, Select the drive they are on.
