I can´t open my lightroom classic app

I have had lightroom classic for some time, but now i can´t open it.
It says im missing "mfc140u.dll" and that it might help to reinstall the app, which i did twice and uninstalled every adobe app on my PC and installed lightroom classic again.

This is a Windows OS problem. You need to replace that missing dll file. This one is for Visual Studio. Reinstalling Visual Studio should fix it.

If you google it, a remedy should be available.
