I can't update. maybe cause different partition?

lightroom classic. I can't update. Maybe because it is installed on the D: partition and not on the main C: partition? how  i can fix it?

Okay, there have been many threads over the years where the error message is to contact the admin, and it turns out that the person asking the question is the admin. Please search this forum for threads that mention "contact the admin".

Is this computer on a college, government, or business LAN? Is it a computer that an I.T. department might regulate?

A similar error message might be:

"gli aggiornamenti sono disattivati ​​su questo computer: contatta l'amministratore"

that from:

"updates are deactivated on this computer: contact the admin"
