I canceled my plan but they continue to be charged

Hello!
Because of a university assignment, I was asked to sign up for Lightroom Classic for a week for free. Before the end of that week, I canceled the plan and received the confirmation email. However, they've been debiting me every month and I can't cancel without being asked for a €67.58 fee.
Can you help me please?
