I cannot import new images into my catalog

All image import ends with error or restarts my computer with Windows 10 blue screen error.
I've updated Windows, uninstalled all adobe products and installed again, but the error persists.
I've already optimized my catalog. I don't know what else I can do.

move and import photos

 

To me, this means that in the import screen, you selected Move instead of Copy as DNG, or Copy, or Add.

 

I do not recommend Move. Your original images may no longer be available on your memory card. I would reccomend keeping images on a memory card until after you have at least one backup. Also, I do not recommend allowing a computer to delete photos on a memory card, accomplish that in camera via format.

 

That being said, what happens if you import via Copy, or if the images are already on the computer hard drive, via Add?

 

This is also a diagnostic.

I tried to import the images from my hd and the error persists. I divided
the images into subfolders to reduce the amount of files and even then the
error happened. I tried just to add without moving and the error remains.
