when i upgraded my ltrm classic to the new 10.2 version it fouled my ltrm catalogue up. In the newer version i expected to see a duplicate(on left panel) of all my folders etc. instead i got a message to hit the import button etc a./ Anyway to correct this situation i tried to open a recent backup of my old catalogue, but i could not as i keep on getting a crash report. Why? now i have a mess on the rightside with 8500 photos listed as missing. I wish i could get an adobe techie to get into my computer via a remote procedure to see what is going on as the situation is hard to describe..Thanks!! have windows 10.
