First you should restore photos from backups. You do have backups, don't you?

The next things you should try:

1. Look in recycle bin
2. Try an undelete utility
3. As a last resort, you can recover the previews using this plug-in Jeffrey Friedl's Blog » Jeffrey’s “Extract Cached Image Previews” Lightroom Plugin
