I don't have the backslash button on my keyboard and would like to define a custom shortcut. Can anyone help me? (I'm on a Mac).

Are you using a non-Apple or non-English keyboard?

Because (at least in English) the backslash key is a standard character present on all keyboards made by Apple, and all keyboards that could be used with a Windows PC…it would be odd for a keyboard to not have it.

There is no backslash key on at least some Mac French and German keyboards:

Some releases ago, Adobe removed most uses of backslash from the built-in LR shortcuts for French and German.
