I forgot my Sandisk SSD encrypt password. LR classic reformat all info on SSD.

I use this SSD as my main hub for editing and back up all of Adobe projects on other external drives. If I backup all my personal files (catalogue, folders..) in order to make a new password for the drive, can I just move all the data back after?
