I recently updated LIghtroom Classic to 13.3 and i noticed that the clipping triangles are misssing from the Histogram.

Clipping warnings are only available in Develop. Are you looking at Library?

Yes, I was in the Library module and I should have been in the Develop
module. My mistake!
