I’ve run out of storage, but have nothing stored

I am currently on the 20gb Lightroom plan, but ran out of storage a few months ago. I've now decided that I don't need anything stored on the cloud as I already have everything backed up separately, but would like to be able to switch between my phone and iPad to edit the same photo. To do this I deleted all of the images and files from my creative account, however adobe says my storage is still completely full. I've deleted everything from recently deleted too!

Any idea on what's happening and how I can fix this?

Thanks

Hey, @Harry30101444temu. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've reviewed your account & I'll help you figure this out.

You have Photography Plan with 20GB & you've exceeded that already. When you delete images from Lightroom, they're first sent to the deleted section in Lightroom & stay there for 60 days until permanently deleted. While in the deleted section, the images will continue to count against your total storage.

You've mentioned that you'd like the images to be available on your iPad & your phone at all times. Do you use Lightroom Classic or Lightroom Desktop on your computer? Based on the Lightroom you use on the desktop, I'll share some more info & the best way forward.

Thanks!
