I transformed a raw image in LRC, and looks one way. After exporting to jpg and opening in PSP it looks totally different.
What is the reason? What to do?

How does the photo look when you open it in e.g. your browser or Windows Photo Viewer?
Does it look the same as in Lightroom?

Looks the same. Only in LRC looks well.
In your screen capture of Corel Photo Paint pro, you have the Flood/Fill tool selected, an perhaps in use. The odd look might relate to a flood/fill selection.
No tool used in PSP.
Compare the two at the same zoom ratio (100% or 1:1), NOT zoomed out.
Done. The result is bad. Even the colors are not the same.
