image grainy after import into lightroom

Hi everyone. i really need your help pls. so i been using lightroom for 2 years now and i never had this problem before. when i import my raw files into lightroom, it soo grainy and noisy. how can i fix this pls? TIA

When i view it on Library it's normal, if i click on Develop to start edit, it will show all the noises

Sorry to hear about the trouble in Lightroom. We're here to help. 

What are your Lightroom Classic and Windows version? Is it happening with just RAW files or JPEGs as well? Which camera are you using?
