Image name not included for some images

I am using LR 11.0.1 on a Windows 10 Pro computer.

I just experienced a wierd problem. I just imported a mixed set of RAW and DNG images with Copy as DNG selected in order for them to be added to a collection. Of course I received the message that non-raw images would not be converted. All the images imported correctly with the exception that the DNG images did not retain their file names or number. Instead they were imported as "untitled-.dng, untitled-0.dng, untitled-2.dng...) I have never seen this before. This feels like a V11.0.1 bug. I do not have time right now to try to duplicate the problem.

And if you import them via Copy instead of Copy as DNG?
