Hi there, I have MacOS Sequoia. When i importing photos to my lrc, it saya the file cannot be preview. Why this happen because the files was fine if I open in lr mobile. I am new to mac and lrc, i hope someone can help me. Thanksss

Hey, @nasrullah_4985. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

 

Where are the images stored, on an internal or external drive or an SD card? Does the error appear when imported or after importing the images in the Library module? 

If the images are on an external storage device, try copying them to the internal drive as a test and see if that helps.
