Images does not update in Library

Just updated today to the latest for LR, PS and Raw.  After making a few adjustments in LR; spot removal and exposure the image does not update  when I go back to the library.

What LrC version?

Please post a comparative screen shot.

If you could, use the "Insert Photos" icon in the post reply window for that, and NOT the "Insert/edit link" icon.

A few spot removals...  Using 10.1.1 LRC and RAW 13.1; All modules updated as of 1/12/21.  Thanks.
