You could try a couple of tests to see if you can clear up the problem... In the left column in the Catalog panel do you see All Sync Errors? If you have errors here, delete them and make sure that that sync has not been paused. You can check this under the cloud icon in the upper right corner. Make sure that your phone and Lr Mobile are open. Check Lr Mobile as well to see if you have sync errors under All Photographs, if yes delete them and keep the phone and LrC open.
