Can you at least make a case where import failed instead of showing message "importing.." and wasting the precious time of the people who could use their skill better than waist time looking at your message that your idiotic developers just placed due to lack of their problem solving skill. thanks

Your fellow members on this community are not (largely) Adobe employees, we are just people who use the Adobe software. Occasonally an actual Adobe Tech might reply, but that is rare.
So your vent is basically yelling at the choir.
