Import is not working

Hello! I have serious problems with Lightroom! It stopped importing photos (they are on the main disk), I have already deleted it three times, cleaned all registries and any mention of the program. As soon as I click the import button, Lightroom stops responding and I restart it every time! How do I solve this problem? I made new catalog, it is not working!!!

That is percent, needs to be at least 25% (some say 20%)

• Copy
• Copy as DNG
• Add

The hard drive you are importing to, if not using ADD in import. How much free space? Actual space. Enough for all the photos? (note, LrC not always so great with warnings)
