Import of videos not possible (clearing cache does not work)

Hi,

everytime I want to import videos from the local file system or the iPhone I get this error.

"There is a provlem with the Videofile"

The solutions in the web, like clearing the video cache do not work.
Any other ideals?

Two possible causes:

1) insta360 import plugin is installed. Try uninstalling it.

2) You are using a very old version 8.4.1. Update to the current 10.4 version. Go to Help> Updates
