Import photo's from iPhone

When I connect my Iphone to my macbook and open lightroom classic I got all my photo's on Iphone to import,but I don't see the preview of the photo's.

• What exact version of LrC do you have? Current would be v 13.0.1
• What iPhone do you have?
• What MAC OS do you have? Newest LrC might not be supported.

Does Help > System Info show 13.0.1?  Problems connecting via USB cable were fixed a while ago, so it's import to verify you're on 13.0.1.  (Lot's of people say they're on the "latest" but aren't, so it's important to double-check.)

How about a full screenshot of that import screen.

When you reply, use the Insert Photo button, not the Attachment button.
