I have just recently upgraded to the latest Lightroom. Prior to that I used an old LR 4.
Since the upgrade I have problems importing photos from my LG V40 phone.
The import never shows all the photos that are on the phone. On each import the photos it shows are different. I cannot see any logic in it. Sometimes it shows only thumbnails that are on the phone and not the real photos.
Sometimes it shows the real photos, but not the latest ones that I want to import.
Please please state full program name and version. Often "latest Lightroom" turns out to be not Lightroom Classic, or not current version (10.2 by the way)

So, could you accomplish the following
Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
