Import RAW files from NAS to LRC is not possible.

Hello,

I want to import my RAW pictures from my NAS drive into Lightroom (LRC).
This is not possible, I don't get the optie "import". The word import remains gray.

It is possible to import JPG files. I'am using Windows en LRC 11.1.

Does anyone know a solution? Thanks in advance!

Is your NAS on-line and properly connected? Has it gone to sleep? Can you view the photos on the NAS in your operating system?

Please show us a screen capture of the problem. Use the "Insert Photos" icon to include your screen capture in your reply.

Please state the version NUMBER of your operating sysem and the version NUMBER of your Lightroom Classic. We need the version NUMBERs and not words like "latest" or "up-to-date".
