Importing catalogs and sessions from C1 to Lightroom

Hello 

I have moved from C1 to Lightroom and would like to transfer all my catalogs and sessions into Lightroom. Is this possible? I have cancelled my C1 subscription so I cannot open the files in C1 I would be grateful for any help.
