I am merging all my catalogs (3) into 1 catalog. I created a new catalog and began importing into this catalog. Please note the images were added to the catalog not copied to a new destination. The first 2 went well with no error messages and so far no issues that I have found.
However the last catalog import (25K+ images) came back with a "Not possible due to an unknown error" All the photos have been imported into the catalog as have the keywords but there are no images linked to any of the keywords.
Has this anyone seen this before? Is there a fix or do I need to start over? Is it a problem with the catalog I want to import, I do optimize and backup regularly so I have those avialable if I should need to use one?
If there is no fix then how to I remove these images from the catalog as I have tried and I get an error message too
Current system is LR 11.5 on Mac running MacOS Monterrey 12.5.1
