importing from memory card in fuji x-t4 to Lightroom Classic

the problem is that in a Fine setting, i can import images from my memory card shot with the fuji x-t4 into Lightroom Classic but if I am in any version with Raw, Lightroom will not open and accept the photos.  I don't know if this is a camera issue, (it is not a memory card issue) or a Lightroom Classic issue.  I did not have this issue with the fuji x-t2

What version NUMBER of Lightroom Classic are you using? We need the version NUMBER and not words like "up-to-date" or "current".

You need version 9.2 or later of Lightroom Classic to import these RAW images.

yes--read the blogs and then updated to latest version and ok now
