Muchas gracias.

Lightroom Classic did not exist in 2016. Are you referring to the old Lightroom 6?

You should be able to install Lr 6 via the "offline activation procedure". https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/lightroom-6-on-a-new-pc/m-p/14638713#M58...

From your sceenshot:

6.png

That screenshot from your Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App shows a bit of confusing info. To start, why is it referring to Lightrooom 6, the very old perpetual version of Lightroom. That old Lightroom 6 and the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App should not coexist.

Do you have an Adobe Subscription? What Plan? Perhaps the Photography Plan?

Note that the screenshot also has one reference to the current Lightroom Classic v14.1.1.

I big question, is those notifications/alarms up top. If you look at them, is their anything of note?

My confusion between Lightroom 6 and Lightroom Classic 14.1.1 was the quid of the problem. I uninstalled Adobe Creative Cloud correctly and use the offline method for register my Lightroom 6. Now works very nice as always.

Thank you so much.
