It would be really helpful to include a 1x1 crop outline in the Aspect Ratios Crop Guide Overlay.

Thank you.

Now, on the otherhand, if you are talking about a ready to click on crop ratio of 1:1, that exists by default, fairly sure that is not what you are after. Below exam[ple, with 1:1 ratio selected, using the previously modified overlay

Trying to understand request. Let me work thru this.

So, in the screenshot below, I have selected the crop tool, I have not specified a crop ratio. And my default overlay shows up (Thirds)

Now, I can change the overlay, in the below, to Aspect Ratio

Now, by default 1:1 is not included, but it can be added /Tools/Crop Guide Overlay/Choose Aspect Ratios/

Adding 1:1

And if I realy want to, I can just selet only 1:1

And, another way woud be to select crop ratio of 1:1, but use the Overlay (Center)

I didn't realize I could change the ratios in the overlay, that did the trick. Thanks.

Inquiry, should your original post, now be filed under Discussion, instead of Idea?

Not sure in the new community page format, if changing that is possible by the author, or if that takes Moderator action.
