Installation of Lightroom on mac

I recently got an adobe photo license and I installed Photoshop and Lightroom on Windows and everything was fine. When I tried it on mac, I can't access the application menu. 

I already reinstalled the creative cloud manager and also ran the cleaner tool. 

The first 2 Screenshots are from the adobe account menu in the browser and the 3rd is from the creative cloud on my mac

Nevermind. After restarting again it worked. 

I wonder why, because I already restarted my mac after reinstalling adobe 2 times...
