Bonjour,

 

devant changer d'ordinateur, je désire réinstaller LR 6.14 sur un nouveau poste. Comment récuperer les identifiants le permettant et ou télécharger le,package d'installation ?

thancks, but I'll need a valid purchase number : "...The trial version is fully-functional for 30 days, and can be converted for ongoing use (without needing to reinstall) by entering a valid purchased serial number....". How could iget mey serial number ?

You need to have saved your Serial Number when you originally purchased v6.(And also the SN for previous version if you purchased an upgrade v6!)

You cannot 'buy' a new Serial Number now.

You may be able to find it in your Adobe Account > Plans & Payment > Products-

ADOBE ACCOUNT

Bonjour, je reviens vers la communoté pour ce sujet que j'avais anticipé. Le lien fourni permer effectivement de récupérer un fichier d'installation. Après le lancement de celle-ci j'ai un lien qui me dirige sur mon compte Adobe ou il est demandé de fournir le numéro de série de la version que je possède (version6.0 acheté en juillet 2016). Malheureusement la saisie de ce numéro de série conduit systematiquement à un message d'erreur indiquant que ce dernier est invalide. Il ne met pas proposé sur le site Adobe de télécharger de nouveau mon application car cette dernière "is not longer available".

Comment résoudre ce problème, sachant que je souhaite pas passer sur une version avec abonnement comme cela m'est proposé à chaque chargement.

 

Merci pour votre aide.

 

A tout hasard existe-t-il une adresse mail pour joindre le support Adobe, visiblementce dernier ne souhaite pas être dérangé.

You can download the installer application file for v6.14 here.- Lightroom 6 End of Support 

We (in this forum) cannot help with an "invalid Serial Number".

Adobe does not use email for support. And no support is available for 'End of Life' apps.

Sorry I cannot be of more help.
