iPhone 12 Pro to Windows 10

iPhone 12 Pro images, shot in Raw and regular, are not being able to be imported into Lightroom.   Device is listed; however, there are no photos.

Apple Support was of no help.

Lightroom or Lightroom Classic? What version NUMBER? (do not use words like "latest" or "up-to-date")

Show us a screen capture of the ENTIRE Import Dialog box. Please use the "Insert Photos" icon to include the screen capture in your reply. Do not attach files.

I have Lightroom Classic, version 10.2

I don't know how to take a screen shot.   I tried to follow the directions from a Google search but it didn't work.
