I heard Adobe was going out of business but the only thing I found was that they were shutting down their Business Catalyst. That doesnt affect lightroom online services, correct?

Has anyone heard anything about the entire company shutting down?

Adobe has many online hosting services. Business Catalyst was a way to host complete business websites, not photos. It was tied to Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Muse, not Lightroom.

Lightroom online services are powered by Lightroom Photos, which is separate and a different online service than Creative Cloud Files, Creative Cloud Libraries, etc.

Adobe isn't going out of business. In fact, it's the opposite. If you look at any chart of their financial performance for the last half decade or so, it's been up, up, up, year after year, beating estimates. As a result, in 2019 their stock price rose over 45%, and only two months into 2020 Adobe stock is up by another 6% already. The current stock price is an all-time high.
