When trying to use the Slideshow feature on Lighroom Classic, I get a pop-up message saying "Video Problem Detected: Slideshow play and export to video have been disabled because your video or driver is not supported..."
My driver is up to date and I bought the card along with a new computer two years ago because I thought it was supported in all of the CC apps. I haven't had any problems until trying to use the Slideshow feature in Lightroom.
Is my system really not compatible with Lightroom Classic? Or do I need to do something to get this to work?

I don't know anything about your video card or driver. But I will relate my experience. I'm using a rather old HP Pavilion desktop that has onboard graphics that Lightroom has disabled. I cannot use GPU acceleration and consequently the slideshow feature will not work on this old computer. It is, however, possible to create PDF slideshows. They function and play just fine. That may be a limitation with what you have in your computer. But that is something for you to determine.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

So, not the OS build
Displays: 1) 3840x2160
4K, So, you probably need the option to use graphics processor on.
Graphics Processor Info:
DirectX: AMD Radeon Pro WX 3200 Series (27.20.21026.2006)
Windows Store Version: 27.20.21026.2006, yep, looks like latest, released July, 27, 2021.
So no help their.
Installed Plugins:
1) AdobeStock
2) Facebook
3) Flickr
4) Nikon Tether Plugin
Just standard plugins, no issue.
Reason I asked for that screenshot was to see if the option to use Graphics processor, was on Auto or not, the not would be an issue (forcing this option can have bad results) . Auto A-Ok.
Your Camera RAW CACHE setting is set to default, that is too low for most but the smallest catalogs and the smallest sensors, Probably not the issue at hand, but bump that up, at least to 20GB, or more. Affects Develop module performance.

Wondering if this actually refers to the integrated video controller in your computer as opposed to the descreate GPU.

Solution 4 step 6 perhaps?

No, that doesn't help. I still get the error message in LrC.

The slideshow feature is nice. I know, because I remember when it used to work for me back when I was using Lightroom 5. But I have moved on and now use LrC and my video capabilities are archaic. Yes, I need a new computer. I'm debating whether to buy one because I'm 78 and on a budget. I can afford one, but I don't really "need" one right now. Since moving to Lightroom Classic if I really want a slideshow I have to use the option to create a PDF slideshow. Not the most convenient, but it works. Maybe this is what you are going to have to do, unless you want to change video cards if that is an option.
