I did a project over the years where I took photos of people in front of a yellow background. I wanted to know if there is a way I can search through my lightroom library and group all images with a similar color together so that I do not have to manually search through thousands of photos! Please help 😞

Unless you applied a common keyword or some other form of metadata to each file, then LrC has no way of finding the files.

See the Any Vision plugin's Sort By Color command, which uses Google Cloud Vision's (undocumented) notion of "dominant colors". Here's an example of finding photos from a catalog of 30,000 photos that have a dominant color close to the orange brown of the first photo:
