Adobe Lightroom - Photo Editor & Pro Camera app developer in charge.

Greetings.
This is Samsung Electronics Application Quality Assurance team.
We test applications and site compatibilities for Samsung Android devices. Then we find bugs and mal-functions that are present.

Based on customer feedback we have received recently, the application available from the Google Play has come to our attention.
It seems that the application is not properly performing as expected.

Samsung HQ opened new System called "Issues and bugs Channel" at Samsung Developer site.

The Issues and Bugs Channel is a communication channel specifically for application developers, for the purpose of enhancing quality monitoring and quality control of both your applications and Samsung devices.

You can view reports about issues in your applications, organized by type, collected through Samsung's internal testing infrastructure and a variety of feedback channels.

The channel aims to provide analyses and resolution guides for the identified problems and to encourage discussion between developers and the Samsung team.


[Accession Procedures]

To access the Issues and Bugs Channel, you must have a Samsung Developers account and join the Issues and Bugs Channel.

1) when you sign up for https://developer.samsung.com, it is recommended that Samsung account join with business mail account.

2) Join "Issues and Bugs Channel"
Submit after creating an item in the link below
https://developer.samsung.com/partner/IBChannel/form?formName=MDc2MzY1

(Note: When you write down company name, please fill out the company name which is displayed on Google PlayStore)
(Upper / Lower Character and spacing is distinguished)

3) Connect to Issues and Bugs Channel after receiving a subscription approval mail

When subscribed, you can receive notification about issue creation or change.
