Hi,

I just installed Lightroom Classic 13.3.1 on my laptop (OS Windows 11) and I cannot get access to my local adjustment brushes.  I added the brushes by going to Preferences>Presets>Show All Other Lightroom Presets>Lightroom>Local Adjustment Presets.  I dragged and dropped my brushes (.lrtemplate files) to the Local Adjustment Presets folder.  I then restarted LrC, went to my masks, clicked the brush tool and there is no pop menu to select my saved local adjustment brushes.

On the Preferences>Preset page I tried a variety of clicking and unclicking different boxes for “Show Partially Compatible Develop Presets” and “Store presets with this catalog.”  I’d click the or unclick the boxes, restart LrC and nothing changed.  Another weird thing is my Preferences>Presets page isn’t fully visible.  Near the end of the page where I should see buttons to restore different options, but the page cuts off where the Restore Local Adjustment button should be.  I can’t scroll down to see the bottom of the page.  I’ve changed the text size in Preferences to see if that would help and no dice.

Lastly, I restarted my laptop, nothing.  Restarted LrC multiple times, nothing.  Uninstalled and reinstalled LrC, still NOTHING.

I’ve been working on this for HOURS.  I have called the customer support line but it said I was calling outside of business hours, but according to the information I found online, I have been calling during business hours.  I’m just frustrated and hoping for any solution.

Thank you.

As a first step, let's verify the contents of one of the presets -- open the .lrtemplate file in Notepad and copy/paste the contents into your reply here.
