Issues moving from develop module to library

Anyone have this issue with the latest version of LR Classic. 

when moving from develop module to library the image settings change. In develop they look right but in the library and on export they are vastly different.

This is often caused by a display profile that doesn't work with LR, either because it doesn't conform to industry standards or because it is incompatible with LR.  To test that quickly:
