Keeps Crashing after latest update may 2023

two days i have been using LR and it freezes then crashes, this has happened only since the latest update

Try resetting your Lightroom preferences:

Quit Lightroom Classic.
macOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.
Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic.
When asked, select "Yes".
