Bonjour,

Most problems with LR's AI commands are caused by older, buggy graphics drivers. Try updating your graphics driver by going directly to the manufacturer's web site:
https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html#solution-4

If that doesn't help, please copy/paste here the entire contents of the LR menu command Help > System Info -- that will let us see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running.

John, is creating yet another reworking of a response that's already been given umpteen times now, really helpful?

Back when "Netiquette" was still a thing, it was incumbent on visitors to fora to search first before posting (Rule no. 1, right there...), specifically and explicitly to avoid the need to repeat advice already given.

Groundhog Day-style rehashing of advice already provided multiple times is just a waste of everybody's time, and completely removes the value of this forum (or any other) as a repository of useful information - we may as well be using Whatsapp, or some other platform that deletes whatever is written after a few hours.
