La aplicación Lightroom Classic no esta abriendose en mi noteboock, versión 14.11

Hola. Estoy tratando de abrir la aplicacion Lightroom Classic, que esta descargada en mi computadora, pero no abre, probe con Photoshop y si abrio. Podrian ayudarme?

Are you seeing any error messages when you try to open Lightroom Classic? When did this issue start?

Also, make sure all previous Lightroom Classic processes are closed in the Task Manager.

It would be helpful if you could share your System Info. If you can't get it from LrC, you can get it from Photoshop. Just go to Help > System Info, copy the info to a text file, and attach it to your response.
