Which version number for Lightroom?

Not sure what the current 10.x version stores in the preferences file.

Older versions used a font size number that you could hand edit if you are comfortable doing do.

I did. It makes the font larger however it degrades the resolution.

I would prefer to see Adobe make an option that doesn't degrade resolution.
