Library Module and Exports not matching Develop Module

MacOS 12.3

Lightroom Classic 11.2 Raw 14.2

The Library module is not matching all the edits made in the Develop module. When I export image from either the Develop or the Library module it exports with what I see in the Library module. The image is on attached storage and not a smart preview.

I've attached two screenshots showing an example RAW image at 100% in both modules.

When a Library preview doesn't match that in Develop, often the cause is a display profile that isn't compatible with LR or isn't standards-conforming. To quickly rule out this possibility:

Thanks, I did look at this. I have a hardware calibrated Benq display and tried switching to different profiles in System Preferences with no luck. It doesn't happen to all photos and the other one i noticed it was a problem on (which i can't find at the moment) also had similiar evening blue skies.

Did you try the built-in profile sRGB and then restarting LR?

Now that i'm investigating this more it looks like it is effecting all photos, specifically in the shadows so it's mostly noticable in real dark photos.

Are you using Benq's Palette Master Element to calibrate?  A couple years ago it was buggy and created bad profiles, with many people here complaining of the same symptoms. I've seen a few reports that it was fixed since then.  So make sure you have the latest version (1.3.17):

and re-calibrate.

Also, regardless of which calibration software you're using, make sure you're generating V2, Matrix profiles -- LR won't always work if you select V4 or LUT profiles.
