I recently upgraded to Lightroom Classic 12.4 and my macbook pro to macOS Ventura. Photos in the Library mode do not show up, just gray squares. I can however see individual photos and edit in Develop mode. My Ltrm catalog has about 30,000 images. Appreciate any help to restore Library to full functionality.

Grey squares where photos should be: perhaps this is the solution https://www.lightroomqueen.com/how-do-i-change-my-monitor-profile-to-check-whether-its-corrupted/

I tried the link, and went to Display in system preferences. There is a Color tab that has a drop down list of many options. Could not see any 'calculate' button. I'm using my macbook pro monitor. Still only gray squares in Library. Thanks...

The "wizard" on the MAC for doing this calibration should walk you through all the steps, although since I don't have a Mac, I really don't know.

Thanks! I went through the process you outlined and was able to calibrate my display, then rebooted my mac and LRClassic. Still no preview photos in Library. This seems to be a headscratcher! Hoping someone has had this issue and solved it.

Try deleting the preview cache:

I also gave Lightroom Classic Full Dick Access...it didn't work either. Still no preview photos in Library. Looking for more ideas to resolve this. Anything is appreciated. Thank You!
