Do you have the Install file? (CD?)

Do you have a Serial Number for v6?

Was v6 and upgrade from v5 (or earlier)?

 

 

 

Regards. My System: Lr-Classic 11.0.1, Photoshop 23.0.2, Lightroom 5.0, Bridge 12.0, Windows-10.

There are two things to be aware of. First of all, since it was an upgrade from Lightroom 5, it will be necessary for you to have the serial number for that version as well as the serial number for Lightroom 6 in order to install. Also, you are only allowed to install Lightroom 6 twice. If you have already done that then it will be necessary for you to contact Adobe to reset your activations before you will be able to install Lightroom 6. Do you have both serial numbers available?

I have got both serial numbers. And I have allready install L 5. But L 6 stop by the offline activation.

This can sometimes be a very tedious task to accomplish because Adobe doesn't support Lightroom 6 anymore. On the link I am going to provide, click on the little circle in the lower right-hand corner to initiate a live chat with Adobe. Be sure to stress that you are only asking to reset activations. If the support person refuses saying that Adobe doesn't support Lightroom 6, either ask to speak to a supervisor or disconnect and try again until someone will help you. Please upgrade to TLS 1.2 connections and run the Microsoft EasyFix.msi in step 2 below.  Without TLS 1.2 connections, you won't won't be able to reach Adobe's servers.   See link below.
