Lighroom change CR2 extension to CR22

I have LR classic 12.2.1 Sometimes my CR2 files turning to CR22. Somebody have any idea about this weird problem.

Could you have produced a file name template that adds that extra character? I'm using CR2s/CR3's, never seen what you report.
